1.3 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and all accumulated balances may be forfeited. Multiple members living at the same address may use separate accounts, but satisfactory proof of this must be provided.
Account Registration and Verification

To open an account with jayao9, you must provide accurate and complete information. jayao9 reserves the right to cancel an account if any information provided is found to be false, incorrect, or incomplete. At the time of registration, you must create a strong password and ensure the security of your account yourself.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal, or when required for security purposes, jayao9 may request a government-issued identity document or other documents to verify your identity. If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, withdrawals or account activity may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The following terms apply to deposits on our platform:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Bonus and Promotion Rules
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Members making their first deposit are eligible for the jayao9 welcome bonus. Currently, a bonus of 150% is offered on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳22,000 will add a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must turn over 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically
- If jayao9 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN is prohibited
- jayao9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time
- Bonuses apply only against real money deposits; bonuses cannot be earned on bonus funds
VIP Program Rules
jayao9's VIP program has 4 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active play. VIP benefits are subject to change, and jayao9 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
